A collaboration of EvolusiBina & UTHM for Graduate Employability Programme by Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

The objective

To enhance the employability of young graduates for the current industry according to the company needs & demand on specific skills & competency.

How is this program will work?

Graduates candidates that has been requested to be hired by the company, will attend a specific training based on the company’s requested skills & needs, and it is fully funded by the ministry.

Who is the candidates your company will hire?

A fresh graduates of UTHM from varies field of courses including civil engineering, mechanical, electrical etc

​

How your company can join?

Company can request for graduates & fill up the form of request details, for potential candidates & current skills needed. Prior confirmation, company shall arrange an interview for selection of candidates.

What will happen next?

Upon confirmation, your company need to provide a Letter of Intent for hiring. The candidates must be hired for at least 3 months of working contract. Your company shall continue permanently hired the candidates if necessary.
